A glittering career sometimes hides some of the darkest stories beneath. Lolo is in her current post after a lot of struggle and patience. The daughter of a single parent and a five kids, Jones had a difficult and a squatter's growing up. Her mother was constantly moving and lived in the basement of the church. The sporadic lifestyle forced Jones to change schools and attend the same school each year, until she began her high school. While at Theodore Roosevelt High School, Jones resided apart from her mother in order to take on athletics. Her family was split up throughout high school, so that she was in a position to focus on her studies. Jones was awarded in the Gatorade Iowa Track and Field Athlete of the Year award while at school. She was in the school orchestra, being cellist. As she began college, Jones proved to be one of the best hurdlers. For the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship she was the winner of her 100m hurdles. Also, she was among the participants of the runner-up team in the relay race of 100 meters. In 2003 and 2004 Jones won the indoor hurdles race during the NCAA Championship. Career After completing her studies In 2005 Jones was able to begin training in pursuit of a track career. She was a winner in two events, in the Torino Memorial and the Heusden Track competitions in this same year.

Growing up within Cape Town South Africa Brandt was able to move with her family Auckland New Zealand in her teenage years. The local casting directors discovered her. Brandt was cast in the role as Naevia as Naevia in Starz smashes Spartacus: Blood and Sand as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Working with producers Steven S. D Knight and Sam Raimi she captivated audiences with her performance and became an one of the series' breakout stars. She was a part of the cult Netflix series Lucifer which had a 6 year run. She played the beloved comic book character from DC/Vertigo Mazikeen. Lucifer went on the break binge records and was named one of the most watched shows in 2021 in Forbes. Brandt's next appearance is in one of the six episodes in a Walking Dead spinoff in 2024 in the role of Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurrira. She will also play opposite Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan and Chris Meloni in the adult animated drama Captain Fall which airs July 2023 on Netflix. Lesley Ann Brandt was a South African-born native of the country born on 2nd December in 1981. She's quite an accomplished New Zealand actress. Lesley Brandt, along with her whole family, moved to Auckland New Zealand back in 1999. In Auckland she was employed as a retailer, only to become a manager of IT consultant. Lesley began her professional career in commercials after numerous modelling jobs. In 2008, she finished her degree in acting and further trained in Meisner methods of study. Lesley Brandt's debut notable actor role was on the TV drama series Diplomatic Immunity, which aired in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt made a guest appearance on the New Zealand's television show Shortland Street as a secondary actor. She also appeared on a sci-fi drama arrangement This Is Not My Life inspired by the anecdotal Waimoana city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt starred in the drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand in the role of Naevia, a hostage who was later seen in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
